Due to many retirements and market growth, we are looking for amazing, skilled new people to join our Production Team.
We currently have 4* openings for Converting Production Workers *based out of our location in Richmond, BC,
Benefits:
- Competitive wages starting at $27.78 per hour.
Increases every 6 months for the first 12 months, with additional annual increases:
- After 6 months wage increases to +$31.26 per hour.
- After 12 months wage increases to +$ 34.73 per hour.
- Afternoon and graveyard differentials.

- Up to 7 weeks of vacation, pending years of service.

Job responsibilities:
- Safely, and skillfully performing a wide range of responsibilities supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes and sheets.
- Tending to corrugated box and sheet making equipment while focusing on safety, quality, and production requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Background in a manufacturing environment, skilled trade, general laborer or in a fast-paced industry.
- Elevated mechanical aptitude level.
- An organized problem solver, able to prioritize.
- Adaptable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Rotation shift (day, graveyard and afternoon) required.
