Due to many retirements and market growth, we are looking for amazing, skilled new people to join our Production Team.

We currently have 4* openings for Converting Production Workers *based out of our location in Richmond, BC,

Benefits:

  • Competitive wages starting at $27.78 per hour.

Increases every 6 months for the first 12 months, with additional annual increases:

  • After 6 months wage increases to +$31.26 per hour.
  • After 12 months wage increases to +$ 34.73 per hour.
  • Afternoon and graveyard differentials.
  • A comprehensive health care plan including: drug cards, vision care, life insurance and dental coverage.
  • An exceptional pension plan with a 10% employer contribution.
  • Up to 7 weeks of vacation, pending years of service.
  • +2 weeks of supplemental vacation after 10 years of service
  • 14 paid stats holidays per year (includes Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and Easter Monday).

Job responsibilities:

  • Safely, and skillfully performing a wide range of responsibilities supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes and sheets.
  • Tending to corrugated box and sheet making equipment while focusing on safety, quality, and production requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Background in a manufacturing environment, skilled trade, general laborer or in a fast-paced industry.
  • Elevated mechanical aptitude level.
  • An organized problem solver, able to prioritize.
  • Adaptable, punctual, and detail oriented.
  • Rotation shift (day, graveyard and afternoon) required.
