United Way

At Crown Packaging we are proud of our long standing support of the United Way of the Lower Mainland. Through the United Way, our employees consistently demonstrate their personal support of our community. Through the diversity of our workforce we support a variety of organizations.

BC Children's Hospital Foundation

Crown Packaging is proud supporter of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and its Campaign for BC Children, which supports the construction of a new Children’s Hospital to serve the province's one million children and their families in BC and the Yukon.

Canuck Place Children’s Hospice

In 2009, plans were put in motion to build a Canuck’s Place Children’s Hospice in Abbotsford that would eliminate the long trip to the Vancouver facility for hundreds of sick children and their families. One of the reasons for the new location is that 40% of the children staying at the Vancouver location are from the Fraser Valley. Crown Packaging has been a significant supporter of the “Extending Our Reach” campaign, which raises funds to build thenew location. In recognition of our commitment and support, the organization has dedicated a Counselling Office in the new facility in our honor.
