We currently have an opening for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team, based out of our location in Richmond, BC. This role reports directly to the Services Manager.

Job responsibilities for this position:

  • Manage a high volume of accounts, while upholding an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Establishes customer relationships and follows up with customers, as needed.
  • Liaises with the Sales Team, Scheduling, Operations and the Warehouse to ensure optimal delivery of orders.
  • Responds to customer requests, special instructions and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Processes sales
  • Manages administrative duties such as: filing, data-entry, reporting, problem solving, prioritizing, and multi-tasking.
  • Reviews inventory movement, ensuring FIFO is utilized and managed through adjustments and reconciliations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements for this position:

  • +2 years of customer service experience.
  • +1-year experience in an office setting for a manufacturing company.
  • Proficient when using Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to work in a group as well as individually.
  • Strong work ethic is dependable and reliable.
